In The Remedy Room, your body meets its reset point.
Experience full-spectrum rejuvenation through the synergistic power of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and cold plunge contrast.
Start with red light therapy to energize your cells, calm inflammation, and activate deep repair. Then move into the infrared sauna to sweat out toxins and relax the nervous system. Finish with a powerful cold plunge to reduce inflammation, boost dopamine, and leave you mentally sharp and physically renewed. Three therapies. One Remedy.
Cold plunge therapy activates brown fat, the "good" fat that burns calories to generate heat, and improves fat-burning efficiency. Shivering, which occurs during cold exposure, further boosts your metabolic rate, as your body works to maintain its core temperature.
Studies have shown that cold therapy can increase the body's responsiveness to insulin, ultimately leading to better metabolic health and lower risk of chronic conditions. Improving insulin sensitivity is key to balancing hormones and symptoms of ‘Manopause’ and Menopause.
Regular cold plunges can lead to a decrease in resting heart rate and lower blood pressure by improving blood vessel function and stimulating the vagus nerve, which can promote a calmer state. High blood pressure is a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke, which are leading causes of death in the United States.
Cold plunge therapy boosts dopamine production by up to 250%, elevating the "feel-good" neurotransmitter that regulates mood, focus, and motivation. This surge in dopamine can help combat anxiety and depression, providing a lasting sense of well-being that persists for hours after even a short bout of cold exposure.
Infrared saunas reduce pro-inflammatory cytokines and boost circulation, easing pain and speeding recovery. The heat triggers collagen, endorphins, and growth hormone—supporting muscle, bone, and metabolic health.
Infrared saunas heat the body deeply, clearing toxins up to 7x more effectively than traditional saunas—at a lower, more comfortable temperature for a cleaner, more productive sweat.
Regular infrared sauna use supports heart health by improving circulation, lowering blood pressure, and strengthening heart walls—like a passive workout that can burn up to 600 calories per session.
Red light therapy offers powerful health benefits. It enhances skin by improving texture, stimulating collagen production, and by reducing wrinkles and redness. It alleviates muscle and joint pain while promoting wound healing. It even boosts mood, reduces stress, and may have anti-cancer properties.
Red light stimulates your mitochondria—the energy centers in your cells—boosting ATP production. More ATP = more energy, better performance, and faster healing.
Red light increases collagen and elastin production, improving skin tone, texture, and firmness. It helps reduce wrinkles, acne, and scarring naturally.
It modulates oxidative stress and calms the immune response, making it ideal for joint pain, autoimmune flares, or post-workout inflammation.
Photobiomodulation supports brain health, improving focus, memory, and emotional resilience. Many clients report better sleep and reduced anxiety with consistent use.
The Remedy Room options provide access to red light therapy to energize cells and support skin, followed by an infrared sauna for deep relaxation and detox, and finished with a cold plunge to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and elevate mood.

What to Expect
You can wear a bathing suit or your birthday suit during your sauna session. During a cold plunge, you only have to wear a bathing suit if you’re being coached. Jewelry and eyeglasses should be left out of the sauna and cold plunge. Please always remove your shoes.
Please refrain from applying oil, lotion, perfume, or any other products to your skin before your session. We also suggest removing makeup—you’ll have a moist towelette in your room to do this in case you forget!
Most cold plunge sessions last 2-7 minutes, but listen to your body. You start receiving the benefits after only 60 seconds!
While you're welcome to bring your own towel, fresh towels are provided for our guests. Once your session is completed, simply place your used towels in the basket in your room and we’ll collect them.
There will be complimentary water available. However, you’re free to bring your own water bottle, we just ask that you keep it outside the sauna.
Our infrared sauna is equipped with cutting-edge carbon heater technology, which is designed to produce ultra-low EMF (electromagnetic field) levels. This means that you can enjoy all the health benefits of infrared heat without worrying about harmful exposure to EMF, making our sauna a safer, more wellness-focused option.
The answer isn't one-size-fits-all; it depends on your health and hydration levels before entering. However, research shows that just 20 minutes can significantly enhance your body's health. Additionally, studies suggest that regular sauna sessions over time may positively impact your lifespan. Yes, you heard that right—your sauna habit might just help you live longer!
Current research indicates that cold plunge therapy—immersing your body in icy water— may be scientifically superior to cryotherapy, which relies on cold air exposure. This is because cold water immersion achieves deeper tissue cooling, resulting in a more significant impact on inflammation and muscle recovery, particularly for serious injuries that require targeted treatment. Meanwhile, cryotherapy only cools the skin's surface, providing a less intense overall experience. When it comes to effective recovery, cold plunge therapy takes the lead. This immersion resets your nervous system, promotes endorphin release, and stimulates overall well-being.
