This 90–120 minute deep dive is designed to uncover the root causes of your symptoms. We'll review your full health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and previous labs (if applicable). You’ll leave with initial next steps and recommendations, and the option to pursue functional testing if needed (e.g., GI MAP, micronutrients, minerals, bloodwork). 

Follow-up visits are billed separately.

These sessions are designed to build on the foundation established during your initial consultation. Whether we’re reviewing lab results, adjusting your protocol, or addressing new concerns, follow-ups ensure you continue moving forward with clarity and support. Each visit is tailored to your needs and offers personalized guidance to help you stay on track toward your health goals.

The Root Cause Concierge Program provides personalized, ongoing support as we work together to identify and address the underlying causes of your health concerns. 

Your program begins with an in-depth initial consultation where we review your health history, symptoms, and previous testing to identify potential root causes and determine what additional testing may be needed.

Two weeks later, we meet again to review early findings and begin building your personalized protocol. From there, you will continue with monthly consultations and have access to communicate between appointments for questions, guidance, and adjustments as your program evolves.

This program is ideal for those navigating more complex diagnoses such as PCOS, anxiety, metabolic syndromes or gut health.

Concierge Memberships also include: 

• Initial consultation (90–120 minutes).
• Two-week follow-up after your first visit.
• One monthly consultation (60-90 minutes).
• Ongoing support via text and email between appointments.
• 4 wellness therapy sessions per month (infrared sauna, red light therapy, or fire & ice)
