Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been purchased.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We are a very small business and we take great care when preparing every order. Each item is inspected during packing and carefully packaged to help ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Mantra Wellness within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. If we ask you to return the affected product, Mantra Wellness will cover the return shipping cost.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when a refund is issued due to an error by Mantra Wellness or an item that arrived damaged or defective.

Final Sale

All products are final sale, including supplements, skincare, cosmetics, clothing, personal care and wellness products, clearance items, and gift cards.

Please do not send products back to Mantra Wellness without contacting us first.
